Accountability
Corrections
How to report an error and how we handle factual corrections, clarifications and meaningful updates.
If you find a factual error, changed policy, broken source or material omission, email hello@daya-jewelry.com with “Spiritual Jewelry Guide correction” in the subject.
Please include the page URL, the statement in question and a direct source where possible.
What happens next
- We review the cited passage and source.
- We contact the relevant organization when clarification is needed.
- We correct confirmed errors promptly.
- Material changes receive a visible note or meaningful updated date.
Corrections versus updates
A correction fixes something inaccurate at publication. An update reflects a later change, such as a new return policy or review count. Silent typo and formatting fixes do not receive a correction note.
Right of reply
Brands may submit documentation and point out factual errors. They cannot require removal of supported criticism or negotiate a favorable ranking.
